The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in surface preparation, paint application, finishing, and quality control to deliver high-quality results on furniture, woodwork, metal, or other surfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming.
• Apply PU paints, primers, sealers, and topcoats according to specifications.
• Operate spray painting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Mix paints and coatings to achieve required colors and finishes.
• Inspect finished work to ensure high-quality standards and smooth finishes.
• Maintain painting tools, spray guns, compressors, and related equipment.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
• Repair defects and perform touch-ups when necessary.
• Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to meet project deadlines.
